Preparation

Boil water and let it cool slightly (195–205°F).

  1. Place a filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste.

  2. Add 20 grams of medium-fine ground coffee to the filter.

  3. Start with a 40-gram "bloom" pour, saturating the grounds. Wait 30 seconds.

  4. Pour in a slow, spiral motion until you reach 320 grams of water (total brew time: 2.5–3 minutes).

  5. Remove the filter and enjoy!
