QuickBooks Connector Terms of Use
QuickBooks Connector Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Use govern the use of software integrations developed or operated by Trailhead Coffee that connect with Intuit QuickBooks Online.
Purpose
The Trailhead Coffee QuickBooks integration is an internal business tool designed to allow Trailhead Coffee to access and work with its own QuickBooks Online accounting information.
The integration may be used for financial reporting, business analysis, bookkeeping review, reconciliation assistance, transaction analysis, and other internal accounting and business-management activities.
Authorization
Access to a QuickBooks Online company requires authorization through Intuit's authentication and authorization systems.
By authorizing the integration, the account holder grants the integration permission to access QuickBooks information within the scope permitted by Intuit and the permissions granted during authorization.
Access to Accounting Information
Depending on the functionality enabled, the integration may retrieve information such as accounts, transactions, expenses, income, invoices, customers, suppliers, financial reports, and other accounting information available through the QuickBooks Online API.
Certain versions of the integration may also support creating or modifying QuickBooks records. Any such functionality should only be used by authorized users and in accordance with Trailhead Coffee's internal accounting practices.
Accuracy and Review
Software-generated analysis, recommendations, classifications, bookkeeping suggestions, and artificial intelligence output may contain errors.
Financial information and proposed accounting changes should be reviewed before being relied upon for accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.
The integration is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Security
Users must take reasonable precautions to protect API credentials, authorization tokens, passwords, and other security information associated with the integration.
Credentials and authentication tokens should not be intentionally disclosed publicly or provided to unauthorized parties.
Third-Party Services
The integration relies on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, and may use other technology or artificial intelligence providers.
Availability and functionality may depend on those third-party services and may change without notice.
Trailhead Coffee is not responsible for outages, errors, changes, or interruptions caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
No Warranty
The integration is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Trailhead Coffee does not guarantee that the integration will operate without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trailhead Coffee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the integration.
Termination and Revocation
Access to the integration may be discontinued at any time.
QuickBooks authorization may be revoked by disconnecting the application through the applicable Intuit or QuickBooks account.
Changes to These Terms
Trailhead Coffee may update these Terms as the integration, business requirements, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
