Blend
In the cup: Rich Dark Chocolate · Gentle Dried Berry Sweetness · Smooth Full Body
A cup made for quiet backcountry mornings
Backcountry is rich, dark, and grounded. The kind of coffee you want with you when the trail is long, the morning is cold, and the only sound is your boots on the gravel.
Dark chocolate carries the cup. A gentle dried-berry sweetness runs underneath. The body is full and smooth, with no sharp edges. Built for early starts and steady pours.
The blend
Three growing regions. Three different processes. One balanced cup.
50% Papua New Guinea Organic Siane. Wet-hulled. Brings fruit and body.
30% El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas Honey. Brings sweetness and roundness.
20% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Washed. Brings the chocolate backbone and a quiet floral lift.
Each bean does something different. Together, they make a coffee that holds up to long days and longer trails.
Brew guide
Pour-over or drip: the cleanest expression of the chocolate and berry.
French press: emphasizes the body and dark chocolate depth.
Espresso: structured, sweet, with a steady berry finish.
