In the cup: Stone Fruit · Roasted Almond · Dark Chocolate
From a hillside in Las Naranjas
Grown on the eastern slopes of the Andes in Las Naranjas, northern Peru, by eight small farmers working a few acres each. Little has changed in generations. The coffee is intercropped with bananas and corn, hand-sorted, and sun-dried on each family's own mill, then traced from tree to bag with the premium going back to the growers.
The cup is patient and dependable, with stone fruit at the front, roasted almond underneath, and dark chocolate at the finish. Honest farming, honestly brewed.
